We want all residents to have a smooth Move In experience and we are excited to welcome all Vaqueros. Our Move In Day will be an in person process by appointment only. There will be 30-minute arrival appointments each move-in day for each location. You will be able to sign up for a specific move-in arrival appointment online through Eventbrite. Please select one appointment time ticket and make plans to arrive exactly at the time selected. Please register with your UTRGV email address.

Requirements

It is important to arrive at your scheduled appointment time to help limit the amount of traffic on campus and provide you with a smooth experience.

Please bring only the guests you need to help you move to keep the residence halls from being too crowded.

Try to pack only essential belongings.
